Wendy Gill is the Founder and Director of WGSC, Wendy provides Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination,

Level 2 Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

WGSC volunteers through organisations such as the Iris Foundation- Suicide Prevention, and sponsors organisations and people when we can provide effective assistance when possible.

Wendy works in specialised teams with multiple Coordinators.

Wendy Gill has worked in the NDIS Sector for 9 years -

Wendy Gill has always dedicated her life to assisting people.

Since beginning in NDIS, highly trained and assisted by the Company she worked for in that time-

Firstly providing direct Community supports, SIL, and then moving into Support Coordination-

Where she became 'The Children's Cos'

This led Wendy on a journey to further dedicate her life's work to assist young people as early as possible- for the best possible outcomes.

Wendy now Specialises in working with Highly Complex Participants, Government Departments, NGO's, Placements, Justice, Corrections, Hospital, Out of Home Care, After Care, Public Guardian and Financial Trustees-

Wendy Gill continues to engage in training on Legislation, Code of Conduct and the Implementation of the Duty of Care of Participants.

Referring, Implementing, Scaffolding, and Monitoring teams closely.

Wendy Gill strives to provide well being supports, and training as the Founder and Director of WGSC to all staff. Wendy Gill has lived experience which provides a deep understanding of the requirements, the journey and the complexity of assisting people through their journeys to work towards and to achieve their goals.

Courtney-Rose Bailey is WGSC's Highly valued and experienced 2IC Assistant Manager of WGSC.

Courtney-Rose has in depth experience in delivering Exemplary Level 2 Support Coordination services to all Participants.

Courtney-Rose also specialises in working with Children- be it in the family home, or in out of homecare, Team building, Budgeting, Referring, Implementing, and Monitoring Wrap around Supports for NDIS Participants.

This includes Government Agencies and NGO's.

Courtney-Rose strives to ensure that all Participants are well assisted in all aspects of achieving their goals, by Monitoring their teams, and Maintaining Communication, Rapport, Transparency and Positive outcomes.

Courtney-Rose always engages in Continuous Training.

Courtney-Rose, has lived experience and understands the Complexity of the journey faced by NDIS Participants, and all people.

Courtney-Rose has dedicated her life to assisting people.

Courtney provides Exemplary Support Coordination, Positivity and Dedication- which is reflected in her delivery of supports, while maintaining her understanding of the Legislative Changes, Code of Conduct, and assisting Participants and carers to understand, and navigate the changes.

Courtney-Rose is a Highly Regarded member of the WGSC Team.

Wendy Gill Support Coordination offers assistance to Multi Cultural, Diverse Participants, including Participants with Mobility, Home Modifications requirements, Complex assistance including Homelessness, assistance with plan reviews- we are dedicated to all people and we welcome all enquiries- and assist people to outsource when required if we are at capacity, or can identify Scopes for other specialists.
